Who is responsible. This site is operated by Catarina Music Group, LLC, 30 N. Gould St. #42965, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at admin@catarinamusic.com.
Mailing list. If you join the mailing list, your email address is stored with Kit (Kit, Inc., a United States company formerly known as ConvertKit), which sends the emails on Wayne’s behalf. It is used only to tell you when recordings are ready and to send occasional notes about Wayne’s music. Giving your address is voluntary; the only consequence of not giving it is that you will not receive the emails. Joining uses double opt-in: nothing is sent to you until you confirm your address. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future mailing-list messages; your address is kept in a suppressed state so that it is not added again without new consent, and you can ask us to delete it entirely. Your address is kept while you remain subscribed.
Contact form. If you write through the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us by email and used only to reply to you. They are kept no longer than the correspondence requires. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Adobe Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Adobe’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Adobe (Adobe Inc., a United States company). Adobe Fonts does not set cookies. Adobe’s privacy policy is at adobe.com/privacy.
Who receives your data. Only the service providers that run this site, its email, and the mailing list: IONOS (web hosting and email), Kit (mailing list), and Adobe (fonts). Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Transfers outside the EEA. Kit, Inc. and Adobe Inc. are located in the United States. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and their data processing agreements include standard contractual clauses where the framework does not apply.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated and consent handling added first.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, and you may request a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time.
